Transsec 4 (RF) Limited (Transsec 4) is a ring-fenced securitisation vehicle issuing securities under a ZAR 2.5 billion asset backed note programme.

Although the programme is not rated, Transsec 4 will issue notes rated by the international rating agency Moody’s Rating Services. The notes will also be listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
